rain..it was raining the whole day...
i sort of sit by the window for hours
watching the passer-bys on the streets
all scrambling to get away
from the heavy downpour...

the rain is relentless
it keeps on coming
pattering against the window panes
creating a haunting melody
that lulls me to sleep...

i fall asleep by the window
then i started dreaming again
i dreamt that i was falling..
falling hard..into a dark abyss
into a deep valley..
why was i falling?
because someone pushed me..
shadows enveloped the face
all i could make out
was a mascular jaw..

i grappled around frantically
reaching my hands out to him
hoping against hope
that he would save me
save me from the nothing i've become..
he just stood there
and let me fall...

tears were threatening to spill
on the verge of crying..
sobs shook my entire body
and while i was crying
i was still falling
when the hell would i stop?
i got my wish..
i fell down from the chair...
