Am eagerly waiting for ramensoupsubs to upload the latest episode of Family Outing. This variety show rocks my socks off. mmmmm give me more Park Hae Jin! I shall shamelessly call him my perfect guy. <33

I'm typing this after compiling a much pain-in-the-ass report. frickin 20 pages of appendices is enough to kill me. Can't wait to go clubbing with my poly mates on wednesday! Especially since it's ladies night, a privilege I've never enjoyed before because I don't usually go out on wednesdays.

Was taking the bus home yesterday after shopping with Pauline.
It's the first time I took 518 home without a companion. Got a glimpse of the Chingay Parade rehearsals when the bus went on the highway over the parade grounds.
Lately I've gotten used to travelling to town by myself. Like the loneliness doesn't even matter anymore. And did I mention I actually knew my way around the underpass/how to walk around town today? Not quite but still good enough. it must have been the most street-smart day of my life. :P

Surprisingly it wasn't awkward like I thought it would be when I bump into old friends. In fact I was pretty hyped when I saw Hui Ying and Sherlin yesterday. Kept plattering away with them. What a small world. :D
Am quite anti-social in regards to close friends lately.
Think it's fueled by me feeling left out when I look at the girls?
I'm losing touch with close friends and becoming more friendly with my poly friends like Pauline, Trish and Angel. Maybe it's the fear of loss since we're graduating soon.

I've gotten fat. Dear me.
My cousin actually told me that I look 'more meaty'. don't mind my direct translation from chinese. Oh the horror! and how rude lol.
I think my dad has struck a fortune. He went and bought a new fridge and washing machine at one go. He's even offering to buy me and my sis brandnew laptops
each out of his own accord. I think the sun is shining on the wrong side right now haha.
Lastly I shall end off with the lyrics to this beautiful song I found while watching the Grammys.
Have you ever fed a lover with just your hands?
Closed your eyes and trusted
Just trusted
Have you ever thrown a fistful of glitter in the air?
Have you ever looked fear in the face
And said I just don’t care?
It's only half past the point of no return
The tip of the iceberg, the sun before the burn
The thunder before the lightning, the breath before the phrase
Have you ever felt this way?
Have you ever hated yourself for staring at the phone?
Your whole life waiting on the ring to prove you're not alone
Have you ever been touched so gently you had to cry?
Have you ever invited a stranger to come inside?
It's only half past the point of oblivion
The hourglass on the table, the walk before the run
The breath before the kiss and the fear before the flames
Have you ever felt this way?
La la la la La la la la
There you are, sitting in the garden
Clutching my coffee, calling me sugar
You called me sugar
Have you ever wished for an endless night?
Lassoed the moon and the stars
And pulled that rope tight
Have you ever held your breath and asked yourself
Will it ever get better than tonight? Tonight.
