Isn't this cute? Pauline bought it for me when she went to Hong Kong.
I'm so excited for my Taiwan trip.
Because FINALLY, this is a trip undertaken with desired company and a destination I truly wanted.
I already know what kind of mentality I should approach it with - Without any high expectations. Not because the itinerary isn't fabulous, because things tend to go wrong whenever I have high hopes for something.
I do hope to do some serious shopping over there.
I can starve. I can go without sleep. but give me time to shop.
I am so broke nowadays. Please don't ask me out.
I won't be able to spend without mentally calculating the amount of money I would have saved if I didn't.
Since I had nothing to do while waiting for the day of departure to Taiwan to arrive, I did things I normally won't do.
Like for e.g. attempting to cook Jajangmyun.
And frankly, it was a success. Surprisingly.
Trish, your gift has not been in vain.

Another random thing I did one day was to stick my head outside the window and watch the sky for hours. People never look up, it's like they're too burdened with the stress in their daily lives to care.
How many of us have actually looked at the sky and see it for what it is, other than checking the weather?
Not once in the past month I would think.
I celebrated my 20th birthday.
To Benjamin, Sean Kwek, Sean Yuen and Luke: Thanks for the cake and the bday celebration! I really appreciate it! ♥
To Trina and Shu Ling: Thanks for the bag! I will use it. ♥
To 5712: Thanks for the gift! I can now cross the item off my wishlist. ♥
To everyone who sent me bday wishes: You're loved! I'm truly glad you guys remembered my birthday. ♥

I re-watched an old show that deserves attention. It's called War and Beauty.
Another blogger shared his opinions about the show which I would like to quote.
- People are born good, but circumstances and situations create maliciousness.
- The greatest regret comes from pondering the word “if.”
- True feelings don’t emerge until glory and prestige are stripped away.
I folded paper cranes. and paper boxes. and windmills.
I cleared my wardrobe and went like, "OMG what was I thinking." countless times.
I blogged. :)
And then I marathon-ed 14 episodes of We Got Married.
I teared up when the Lettuce Couple split. Grew incredibly fond of Hwanhee and the Hwanyobi couple. Possibly even the Ant Couple.
Cried like a baby when the Ant couple left.
They were the most realistic couple. I really think they should date in real life.
Began to dread the next few episodes.
Because all the original couples left.
This song is called You Won't Be by S.H.E
It reminded me of the very reason why I still love these three girls.
The soulful crooning, the girlish yet simple lyrics.
我不相信 你心中現在她最美
你不會 你不會 你不會 把我們的愛 踩碎
我不相信 你口中會講出後悔
你不會 你不會 你不會 不心疼
我拒絕被看見的淚
