They didn't seem any less different actually. I guess guys don't change as much in terms of appearance.
Went to momiji @ PoMo.
It's a japanese buffet, somewhat similar to Shokudo. Except Shokudo is better in my opinion since it has more variety of staples like omurice, pasta and pizza.
momiji is full of seafood like snow crabs, oysters etc. Stuff I don't really eat.
I guess I'm somewhat interested in gourmet food lately. because of Gordon Ramsay.
When I saw the preview for Hell's Kitchen, I was like what a jerk! But he seems really decent in MasterChef. Throughout the whole show, I was waiting for Gordon Ramsay to howl out one of his signature lines:
"You fucking donkey!"
"Fuck me senseless!"
"Where's the lamb sauuucce?!"
"You, you, you, you, you... fuck off outta here!"
"Get out!"
"You, touch that... that's raw!"
"Get out of my fucking way!"
"Have you given up?"
"Fucking hell."
He's part of the reason why the show is so entertaining.
I'm watching Iron Chef right now upon Glendon's recommendation. All I can say is you will hate watching them cook.. because you'll get hungry even when you're not.
And... I said something I shouldn't have. It isn't that big of a deal but it does have repercussions.
Saturday was quite happening. Met up with Yw, Shan and Glendon for dessert before he flies off to America. Why are people flying off left and right? So envious. I need a vacation too.
Hurried home after that because it's time to party!
Helipad
We had free entry into Helipad because an acquaintance of Shan was holding her 21st birthday bash there. The first thing we did was to visit the rooftop alfresco area. the one we heard so much about.

It had a good view of the Singapore River and the Reverse Bungee.

Had a slice of the birthday cake - Lychee Martini-flavored. It's delicious and I hardly ever say that about cakes. Reminds me of the Lychee Martini ice cream from Pluck. God I need to visit Haji Lane again.
Went down to the club after that to get a few drinks. I really need to learn the different kinds of housepour drinks. Getting sick of cranberry vodka. :P
Overall I'm impressed. Maybe it's because I went there without expectations.
The dance floor took a long time to warm up just like Zirca but the music wasn't bad at all.
*sigh* I need to club one last time before school starts soon!
